Obverse: Bare head of King Alfonso XIII facing to the left, Engraver’s initials “B.M.” (Bartolomé Maura Montaner) in line below bust, date below, legend surrounds, “ALFONSO XIII P. L. G. D. D. REY C. DE ESPAÑA”. Reverse: Royal Coat of Arms of the Kingdom of Spain (1874-1931) Pillars of Hercules type, denomination and mint official’s initials below, legend surrounds above, “ISLA DE PUERTO RICO”. KM-23. Likely ex-mount with some abrasians to the rim, regardless, certainly a scarce issue of Spanish Empire colonialism, few typical contact marks, good Fine, reverse near Very Fine.
