Obverse: Four “П” in the form of a cross, each surmounted by Emperor’s Crown of Russia, “I” central, date surrounds to top right, denomination in Cyrillic surrounds, “∙МОНЕТА ЦЕНА РƔБЛЬ”. Reverse: Interpretation of Psalm 115:1 in Cyrillic in four lines, mintmark and mint master’s initials “С∙М∙ А∙И∙” below, all within double-lined square garnished with ornate mantle.
