Morroco, Sultan Mohammed V (1927-1953 AD), Silver 500 Francs, AH1376 (1956 AD), Paris mint. Obverse: Bust of Sultan Mohammed V facing left at centre, legend in Arabic and English surrounds, “MOHAMMED·V”. Reverse: Crown at the centre of star, denomination either side below, date either side above, legend in Arabic surrounds above, legend in English surrounds below, “EMPIRE CHERIFIEN”. KM-Y-54. A very superior example struck boldly, Mint State.
