Northern Queensland, Townsville (?) Pastoral & Agricultural Association, Bronze Prize Medallion (45mm) awarded to J. Owens for their locally built wagon 1884. Obverse: Agricultural scene; two horses stand facing right, paddock extends to background. Reverse: Inner inscription engraved “N.Q.P. & AASSTN JUNE 1884 WAGON J. OWENS” within barley wreath, “R.C. SC.” below. A nice agricultural piece, Extremely Fine or better.
