Mexico, Restored Republic (1867-1876 AD), Silver 8 Reales, 1867 Pi PS, San Luis Potosí mint. Obverse: Coat of Arms of Mexico (1867-1893), country surrounds above. Reverse: Cap of liberty bearing the incuse inscription “LIBERTAD” over sun rays, legend stating denomination, mint, date, Assayer’s initials and purity of silver surrounds. KM-377.12. Of bright appearance and with several banker’s marks, test cut to obverse rim, somewhat scarcer mint, near Very Fine.
