Kingdom of Burma, King Mindon Min (1853-1878 AD), Silver Kyat (11.64g, 31mm), BE 1214 (1853 AD). Obverse: Peacock standing to the left, tail feathers in full display, legend surrounds, “တံဆိပ်တော်”. Reverse: Denomination “၁ိသုံးဒဒဂံ်ါး” above date “၁၂၁၄” within olive wreath, legend surrounds, “ရတနာပိုနေပြဥာ်တော်”. KM-10. Certified and graded by PCGS as Extremely Fine 45 (48442440). Nicely toned with an original grey, evenly worn, scarce in grade.
