Obverse: Crowned bust of King Edward VII facing to the right set on large laurel branch, wearing coronation robes and decorated with the collar of the Most Noble Order of the Garter and breast star of the Order of the Bath, legend surrounds, “EDWARD VII CROWNED 9· AUGUST 1902”. Reverse: Crowned and veiled bust of Queen Consort Alexandra set on large rose branch and ribbon inscribed “9· AUG. 1902”, wearing elaborate dress, triple-row pearl dog collar, and pearl necklace, legend surrounds, “ALEXANDRA QUEEN CONSORT ·”.
