Kingdom of Mysore, Krishnaraja Wadiyar III, the 22nd Maharaja of Mysore 1799-1868 AD, Gold Pagoda (3.43g, 11mm), circa 1810-1868 AD. Obverse: Lord Shiva seated facing forward, holding trident in right hand and deer in left, his consort Parvathi seated on his lap to the right, Sun above between, moon above to right. Reverse: Legend in Devanagari in three lines, “Sri Krishna ra Ja”. Friedberg-1358; KM-210. Well centered for the compact little flan, nice with full trident on the left, both obverse struck figures in high relief, a remarkable little gem, details Extremely Fine.
