Julian II ‘the Apostate’, Roman Emperor from 361-363 AD, Silver Siliqua, struck at Antioch or Constantinople 362-363 AD. Diademed, Draped and bearded Bust of Julian II facing right, “DN FL CL IVLIANVS PF AVG”. Reverse: Inscription “VOT X MVLT XX” within wreath, eagle in medallion above, mintmark unclear. Light scratch to bust and reverse very weakly struck, otherwise a toned piece featuring a decent bust of Julian II. Good Very Fine / Very Fine
