Late Phase Republic Period of 225-211 BC, Æ Semis (145.14g), struck circa 225-217 BC. Obverse: Laureate Head of Saturn facing left. Reverse: Prow of Galley right, ‘S’ above. As Sear-574 without ‘S’ on Obverse. Lovely green patina on this imposing late republican type, featuring a well centred prow of galley design. Good Very Fine and Scarce.
